Boom. I have made it to open-mic number six.

I am really happy with myself that I stuck  have to my guns and done another five, count them five gigs. Especially as I had to take two weeks off from gigs due to work commitments and a nasty cold. It’s always nasty when it goes to my chest.

I have also managed to write some new material. Strangley I am  finding that the easiest place to write is whilst I am traveling on a bus. So a recent bus trip to Oxford was a goldmine of thoughts and ideas that I hope to be plundering over the next few weeks for some new laughs.

Of the last five gigs, the most memorable gig has to be the brilliant showcase I was part of with my lovely comedy classmates from the Stand Up and Deliver course.  Everyone was amazing, there were even some balls.  I was so proud of us all, and really enjoyed “crewing” on the second evening.

If it wasn’t for the comedy course I did, great tutelage Logan Murray and the fabulously fun and supportive classmates, I defiantly wouldn’t have had the confidence to get on stage and try and make people laugh.  So thanks to Logan and the my comedy classmates you for getting my funny bones on stage, hopefully the comedy going public of London will say the same thing.
